THE HAGUE, October 1, 2014- Nansen Dialogue Centre Skopje Executive Director Mr. Sasho Stojkovski together with the Project Manager Mr. Veton Zekolli and Training Centre Manager Ms. Biljana Krsteska- Papic participated in the event titled “The Role of Education in Conflict Prevention” at The Hague Institute for Global Justice. The high-level event was comprised of a public session, followed by an expert roundtable. The event was opened with the welcome remarks by Dr. Abiodun Williams, President of The Hague Institute for Global Justice and was run in participation with the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities, HE Astrid Thors who also provided the opening keynote address. The Roundtable program was introduced by Dr. David Connolly, Head of the Conflict Prevention Program at The Hague Institute for Global Justice. The event included some of the leading international agencies and researchers in this field with the aim of providing a unique forum to reflect on best practices and to make policy recommendations.

The NDC Skopje management presented the organizations experience through the presentation titled “Integrated education as a tool for reconciliation, conflict prevention and peacebuilding in Macedonia”.
