On September 30, 2017, NDC Skopje Training Centre organized a lecture with the distinguished international expert, prof. Zvi Bekerman who is part of the international team of trainers within the Training Centre for integrated education.

The lecture was attended by 120 teachers who are part of the advanced level training within the NDC Skopje Training Centre. The participants were addressed by the Minister for education and science, Ms. Renata Deskoska, Mr. Erwan Fouere – ex ambassador at EU Delegation in Skopje, Ms. Simone Filippini – Director of The Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy and Mr. Nigel Arnold – Principal of Glengormley Controlled Integrated Primary School, Belfast, N. Ireland.

The lecture was prepared and delivered by prof. Zvi Bekerman, Ph.D. from the School of Education and The Melton Center, Hebrew University of Jerusalem on the topic “Intercultural education as a metaphor for a different reality- success or failure”. The lecture was followed by Q&A sessions with the program participants who shared their personal perspectives and experiences.
