Lecture with international expert and awarding of certificates for advanced level training

On February 21, 2019, NDC Skopje organized a lecture with an international expert in the field of intercultural education as part of the advanced level training for the Nansen model for intercultural education. Professor Steinar Bryn from the Nansen Academy of Lillehammer – Norway, who is part of the international team of trainers within the Training Center, lectured on topic “10 advices from a teacher to teachers”. At the same time, the groups 19, 20, 21, at the Training Center of NDC Skopje received the certificates for successfully completed advanced level training, thus completing the two year cycle of trainings.

Sasho Stojkovski, executive director of NDC Skopje, expressed satisfaction regarding the teachers work, the manner of implementation and the achieved results from the realization of intercultural activities. Safet Neziri, State Advisor for Educational Policies at the Ministry of Education and Science, addressed the participants by emphasizing the necessity and importance of intercultural education and the role of this type of trainings in strengthening of teacher’s intercultural competences and skills in primary and secondary education in the Republic of Macedonia.
