(24.09.2010) On 24 September 2010, representatives of NDC Skopje have made a presentation of the project “Integrated and bilingual primary school” in the primary municipal school “Marsal Tito” in Strumica. This presentation has been attended by parents of students in first grade (Macedonians and Turks), the Management of the school and representatives of Strumica Municipality. The audience had an opportunity to hear details about the Nansen model of integrated and bilingual education – a project in which the students, their parents and teachers will participate. The representatives of Strumica Municipality have said that this project is of a great importance for the Municipality and that is why, the Municipality will allocate additional finances from the municipal budget. Most of the parents have supported the start and have given approval to participate in it.
