At the height of the armed conflict in 2001, the Nansen Dialogue Centre – Skopje (NDC) together with Pax Christi organized the “Rock for Peace” concert, as a contribution to reducing tensions and supporting the reconciliation process.

This event also sent a strong message that many things in common connect people in our society, as important elements in building coexistence.

The concert featured popular names of the Macedonian rock scene, such as Blla Blla Blla, Arhangel, Non Stop, Superhiks and others, who used the music to send a message to stop the armed conflict.
