During February 2019, teachers Aleksandra Kirova and Mimoza Bexheti, together with third-grade students, conducted activities from the month’s topic  “Winter clothes”  within the Eco Section of the Annual Program for Intercultural Extracurricular Activities.

For the implementation of the daily activities Wool and Cotton, the students played different games in order to get acquainted with the daily topics. They discussed about the materials out of which winter clothes are made and their characteristics and by using them, they created some artworks in shapes of clothes.

The goals of these activities are: to discover the role and significance of different types of textile materials for people in winter conditions, sensitize students to discover specificities of different types of materials, train students for creative use of wool and cotton, foster a positive socio- emotional climate in the group as well as to develop a responsible and active attitude towards group tasks.
